Course Description

Equilibrium School's four-week, part-time, one-on-one customer service training is customized towards the individual needs of each participant. This training introduces the basic concepts of customer service that translate into effective customer service techniques and practices. It is designed to help anyone who deals directly with customers. Each participant is able to gain valuable insight into customer service practices and become confident in handling enquiries, complaints, and communications.

Upon completion of our customer service training, each participant will know the essential factors that are important in customer service and develop a customer-friendly approach that is right for any business. Each participant will learn the do's and don'ts when dealing with customers, and the benefits of providing great customer service.
